Chapel Hill Investment Analysts, Inc. is a full-service financial planning and money management firm committed to supporting, educating, and providing informed direction to each and every client.
Chapel Hill Investment Analysts was founded with a strong emphasis on integrity, knowledge and loyalty – key character traits of successful financial planners. We are one of the select few relationship-based firms in the industry, built almost entirely by personal engagements and referrals.
You work hard for your money, and we believe that we should work equally as hard to protect your investment. We have established ourselves as a family-oriented business, and strive to maintain this core principle. We are here to ensure a promising financial future for your family, regardless of your current situation.
The financial planning process can be overwhelming. We prioritize each of your personal planning goals, then focus our efforts and work with you until all of the pieces of the financial puzzle are in place. We are here to provide you with a better future.
With many financial products on the market, choosing the ones that best meet an individual client’s needs can be complicated.
Investments can play a key role in reaching your financial goals. Investment allocation should be tailored to the individual and focused towards balancing risk and reward according to the individual’s financial goals and tolerance for risk.
Insurance is essential to any comprehensive financial plan. It can protect you and your family from undue hardship. It is important to determine the proper amount of coverage and the appropriate term period – that’s where we come in.
We provide “peace of mind” by using personalized budget data from your everyday life. By projecting your expenses through retirement, we provide a cash flow analysis that will instill a sense of comfort that you are, in fact, in a sound financial position to retire.
It is vital to save for higher education while your children are young. By maintaining a disciplined savings approach, you can enjoy your life during those college years, knowing that you are prepared for the cost of tuition.
We all work hard for what we have, and we want it to go to our children or loved ones when we’re gone. It is important to minimize taxes, legal fees, and to protect our heirs in the event of divorce or credit issues. We structure estate plans to achieve your specific goals within the letter of the law.
When considering how hard you work, it is important to plan for the year-end tax liability. We are all patriotic, but why pay more than your fair share to Uncle Sam? Our team has the accounting relationships that can minimize your obligations.
